| Just installed SiteMonitor Enterprise and Service won't Start | Make sure that you have the latest Microsoft .NET Full Framework installed. |
| Service Starts and Crashes with FileNotFoundException Error | Install ASP.NET 4.0/4.5 from Windows Components. For Windows 8/Windows 2012 onwards please refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2736284 |
| Web Interface gives Errors | Open the SiteMonitor Enterprise Configuration window and click on Help ... 'Errors in Web Interface'. Click on the check button and follow the instructions given. |
| Missing Components during Setup, or Internet Connection Required during setup |
Download the following required components and install them prior to install SiteMonitor Enterprise.
